Yoghurt fruit Salad

This fruit salad is loved by everyone at my home, and it surprised me with how yummy and satisfying it was. It tastes even more better when it's chilled for a longer duration,Absolutely Yummy. It's great on whole wheat toast, making a tasty and healthy breakfast or snack. Feel free to experiment yourself and add your own favorite fruits, or serve it in your own personal way.

I would like to add one more point,the raisins tend to plump up from the moisture of the fruits and yogurt, which is why they're added last.

Ingredients:
2 apples, cored, seeded, and diced
2 bananas, chopped
2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
2 cups grapes, halved (unless the grapes are quite small)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1-2 tablespoons honey
1/2 - 1 cup chopped nuts of your choice
1/2 - 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
1. Combine fruit in a large bowl.
2. Add the yogurt and honey; stir to combine.
3. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
4. Fold in nuts and raisins before serving.

Fruits in a cone : Its a simple dessert with a creative twist loved by children and Adults.A perfect way to make the tiny tots jump with joy.A perfect way to chill out this summer and this dessert is healthy and delicious.This is a very easy to make recipe which will surely make you say "Absolutely Delightful". :)

Ingredients:
1 pkg. sugar or waffle ice cream cones

Fruits:
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 1/2 cup sliced bananas
Whole grapes
Cantaloupe, chopped
Seedless watermelon, sliced and diced
Kiwi fruit
Instructions:
Rinse fruit (and dry, if necessary) and place in a mixing bowl, combine well.

With a slotted spoon, scoop fruit into each cone.

You can also use any fruit of you choice. Be creative.

Makes 4 servings.

Serve Chilled.

Royal Butter Chicken

Delicious Royal (shahi) Butter chicken :-

The name of the Dish itself can define the taste of this delicious chicken. It is one of the Rich tasty foods in the world as most of the People enjoy eating Chicken it is specially made for the Chicken Lovers. The taste of the Butter and the Mixture of dry fruits in this dish adds richness to your taste buds. Ingredients:-

  1. Cashew 1 Tbsp (Table spoon)
  2. Almond (Badam) 1 Tbsp (Table spoon)
  3. Dry coconut powder 1 Tbsp (Table spoon)
  4. Charoli (chironji) 1 T-spoon
  5. Onions 100 grams
  6. Mixture of whole Garam Masala which includes ("Cloves (lavang), patta, Green cardmom (choti elaichi), Black cumin (shah jeera)") 1 Tbsp (Table spoon).
  7. Ginger Garlic paste 1 1/2 Tbsp (Table spoon)
  8. Cream Curd 150 grams.
  9. Green chilies 15 
  10. Turmeric (haldi) 1/4 T-spoon
  11. Red Chilly powder 1/2 T-spoon
  12. Salt as per the taste 
  13. Milk 100ml
  14. Chicken 1 Kg
  15. Mint leaves (pudina) 2 Tbsp (Table spoon)
  16. Coriander leaves (kothimeer) 2 Tbsp (Table spoon)
  17. Butter 100 grams
  18. Oil 100 grams

Method for Cooking :-

  • Take a Pan add 100 grams of oil heat the pan and fry the Onions in the Pan until it becomes golden brown color now keep it aside.
  • Now take a Mixer Jar add Cashew, Almond, Dry Coconut powder, Charoli (chironji),  Mixture of whole Garam Masala, 10 Green chilies, Fried Onions and now add a 100 ML Milk and mix it thoroughly in the Mixer Grinder until it becomes the dry fruit mixed Paste and keep it aside.
  • Now take a pan add Butter and heat the pan until the Butter gets melted now once the butter is melted add Chicken, Creamy Crud, Salt, Turmeric, Chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste and add 5 green chilies, add 1/4 T-spoon Black cumin, and Mix it thoroughly now cook this Mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Now once the chicken is cooked for 10 mins add the dry fruit mixed Paste and Mix it add 50 ml water now cook the chicken for 5 more minutes and add Mint and Coriander leaves  mix it thoroughly  and now the Royal Butter Chicken is Ready to serve.
  • And don't forget to garnish it with some more dry fruits and Coriander leaves before you serve it. So that it attracts your loved ones attention.

Delicious Dry Fruit Biryani (Navratan biryani)

Delicious Dry Fruit Biryani easy to cook and serve 

Now the Delicious Dry fruit Biryani is made easy to Cook just by following 8 simple steps and it can be cooked with out much effort and it tastes much more tastier than what you have ever had in the Restaurants 

Ingredients:- 

1) Clarified Butter (Ghee) 2 table spoon full

2) Cashew (Kaju) 25 grams

3) Almond (Badam) 25 grams

4) Pistachio (Pista) 25 grams

5) Raisin (Kismiss) 25 grams 

6) Saffron (Zaffron) 1/2 gram

7) Basmati Rice (India Gate Preferred) 1 Kg

8) Onions 200g sliced 

9) Oil 50 grams

10) Ginger Garlic paste 100 grams

11) Salt as per the taste 

12) Cumin Powder (Zeera powder) 1 t-spoon

13) Curry powder (Garam Masala Powder) 1/2 t-spoon

14) Chilly powder 1 t-spoon

15) Mint leaves (Pudina leaves) 1 bunch

16) Coriander Leaves (Kothmeer Leaves) 1 Bunch

17) Milk 1/4 cup



Method for Cooking :-


1) Cook the basmati rice and see that it is 3/4 cooked and keep it aside

And now while the rice is cooking take a 1/4 cup of Milk and add saffron to it and keep it aside.

2) Take a pan add 100 grams of ghee and 50 grams of oil and heat the pan 

3) Now Mix all the dry fruits that is (Cashew, Pistachio, Almond, Raisin) in a bowl and fry them in the pan until it becomes light golden brown and once the dry fruits are fried keep it aside.

4) Now fry the onions in the same pan until it becomes light golden brown color once the onions are fried now keep it aside.

5) Now In the same pan add ginger garlic paste and cook it for one minute now add salt, chilly powder, Cumin Powder, Garam masala powder, Mint leaves, Coriander Leaves in the same pan and Fry them for 1 Minute

6) Now add the cooked Rice and Mix it well and cook it for 3-5 mins.

7) Now add fried Dry fruits and Fried Onions and Sprinkle milk with soaked saffron and Mix it well enough and cook it for 5-7 minutes

8) Now once the Rice is ready to serve Garnish the Rice with chopped Mint leaves and coriander leaves.


                   Now serve the Rice
